Choose an available Mountain Time (MT) appointment and tell us what you would like guidance with. Consultations can help with trucking business setup, owner-operator decisions, equipment planning, compliance questions, and Canada-USA operating context. Your consultation is confirmed only after successful payment.
Consultation booking
Non-refundable payment: Consultation fees are non-refundable after payment, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
Fixed appointment: You must select one of the available consultation time slots shown during booking.
No-show: Choosing not to attend a confirmed consultation does not qualify you for a refund.
Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your confirmed appointment, you may contact support to request another time. Rescheduling is subject to approval and availability and is not guaranteed.
Consultant unavailable: If the consultant cannot attend the confirmed appointment, we will contact you to arrange another mutually suitable time.
Payment or booking issue: If Stripe successfully charges your payment but the consultation booking is not confirmed because of a technical issue, contact support so the payment can be verified and the consultation arranged.
Consultation purpose: Consultations provide general educational information and practical guidance. They do not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.
